How to reproduce:
- Log in from a PC for the first time ever (registration and ALL previous logins were from the phone)
- Follow the “Bug tracker” link in the right side panel
- Click “Next” through the other hints that are shown before this one
- Observe that unlike the rest of them, the tip of this one points to a random location in the middle of the view
